Why this work
Most churches don't need more ideas. They need someone who understands ministry from the inside and technology well enough to make it serve the mission.
I've spent years on platforms and behind them - leading worship, preaching, building teams, running communications, choosing systems and cleaning up after the ones that didn't work. That combination is unusual, and it's the reason this work tends to land: nothing here is theoretical - everything I teach, offer or provide is tried and tested.
