What happens to your information.

What is collected

When you send an enquiry, the details you enter into the form are stored so I can read and reply to it — your name, contact details, organisation and message. When you subscribe to the newsletter, your first name and email address are stored for that purpose.

How it is used

Enquiry information is used to respond to you and, if we work together, to administer that work. Newsletter details are used only to send the newsletter. Your information is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a secure, access-controlled database. Only I have administrative access to it.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are retained while they may still be relevant to an ongoing or potential engagement. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information held about you, or unsubscribe from the newsletter, at any time. Email me and it will be actioned.

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Any analytics used are limited to aggregate, non-identifying information about how pages are used.
